* To submit your images for consideration, you do so FREE of charge. Images must be your own work.
* GOSAP will not ask for any submission fee upfront. If however your images are chosen for any of the exhibitions, we ask that you contribute £15.00 towards the cost of print and framing for each image.
* By agreeing to our terms you will agree for GOSAP  to merchandise your images in either mugs, Keyrings, placemats, prints etc. in order to offer these for sale to those who visit the gallery. This will help with the running costs and overheads. It will also give you an opportunity to earn commission on each purchased item which your image is printed on. your merchandised images will only be available for sale during that specific exhibition.
* Each exhibitions will run for a 5 week cycle, with lots of different themes there is plenty of opportunities to have your work displayed.
* Each image will have a QR code attached to it where all those who visit will have an opportunity to scan and register to vote their favourite image. The image that gets the most votes will then give the photographer an amazing opportunity to have their own two week exhibition of their chosen images up to 20 images. This opportunity is also FREE of charges.
* Each exhibition has a deadline for submissions we ask that you give yourself plenty of time to choose what image or images you feel proud to have exhibited.
* GOSAP is free to the public, our aim is to bring a whole new audience to appreciate our photographic exhibitions. by doing so we will ask that you use your social media platforms to publicize the gallery and all present and upcoming exhibitions.
* Prior to the Exhibition being open to the public. There will be a viewing evening where you get to invite your family and friends to come along and see your image or images enlarged and framed and specifically chosen to be part of a bigger exhibitions.
* Once you agree to your image being displayed, you do so by agreeing it will remain so for the duration of that exhibition. this decision cannot not be changed after acceptance.
* Students must be enrolled on a photography course at college or university. Students who have left education within a  year are eligible to submit their work.
* Our Definition of an amateur photographer is someone who has not enrolled on any college or university courses, someone who is self taught, and enthusiasts.
